Singing of Your faithfulness

I will sing of Your great love forever
With my mouth I will make known Your faithfulness
through all generations
I will declare that Your are so trustworthy and no one
who trusts in You will be abandoned at any time
That doesn't promise we won't face hardships and challenges in life
As any other, we too will go through ups and downs in life.
 Your hand will always will be there to take us through
the shadows of valley of death and wilderness of dried up lands
It's at this time, the joy of the Lord becomes my strength
And the comfort of Your presence become my shield
Lead me on my Lord till the end of my years
Guard me from deceptions and guide me in Thine grace.

Lord,
You are my strength and my shield

My heart trusts in You and I'm always helped

My heart rejoices greatly in knowing You

And I will raise my praises in songs and prayers.

To the end of my days, may I sing Your praises and not be silent

O Lord, my precious One, I will give thanks to You forever.

Thanking You for this Day

It's my birthday today, my Lord
A day to celebrate, a day to worship
And a day to thank you for blessing me to see this day.

As I knelt down to talk to You this morning
Words refused to come
but tears came down instead
Heart overwhelmed with gratitude
found no words perfect to express

You called me Your own when I was young
Never did You leave me at any desperate hourI thank You my Lord for the
 In my joy and sorrows
Laughter and tears 
You stood beside me
And watched me walk in Your grace
No one other than You
Have loved me as You do day after day

I thank You Lord with all my heart
for Your  faithfulness and mercy all my life
Take my hand and guide me
 for the rest of my years on this earth.

Hazy vision

I can see and understand only a little of You now, O God
It's hazy and blurry at times
Like a  little reflection on a fogged mirror
With such a poor vision and understanding
I try to estimate Your love and power
How foolish I can be
How stupidly I get angry with you at times

Can the tiny ant know who I am or what I do?
Does it have knowledge to judge me for what I do
It may know all about its own ant world
How to follow its ant mates in a line
find its food and carry it safely without dropping it
But does it know anything of what man does or
capable of doing it?

Does it know about the stars in the sky?
or ships that sail in the sky?
Does it know anything about man landing on the moon
Or  about Google and  Internet we are familiar with
If we can't expect ant to know about me and my doing
How can I, with my finite mind fathom Your love and doing my God, Almighty One?

I will lift up my eyes to my God

I will lift up my eyes to my God
From whom comes my help
My help comes from God, Almighty
Who made heaven and earth.

My Lord will not allow my foot be moved
He who has kept me so far will not slumber
Behold, the One in whom I put my trust
Shall neither slumber nor sleep

The Lord is my keeper
He is the shield and shade for me
In His arm, I'm always safe
In His will, I'm always secured.

The Lord, who has called me
Shall preserve my soul till the end
He will direct my path
And preserve my being now and forevermore

You are my God

You are my God, and I will give You my praises
You are my God, and I will bow before You with thanksgiving
In my anguish, whenever I cry unto You
You always came to my aid in compassion
Like a mother towards her child in the cradle
I know I don't need to worry nor fear
When I have You always with me.

Am I worthy to deserve such love my God
Am I worthy to be called thine child?
What have I done to earn such love
How can I repay Your kindness and faithfulness
day after day?

Is there a loving God?

If there is God, why so much pain and suffering in this world
ask people who have no faith
If there is no God, how come so much good happening in this world
question those who put their faith in a God.
Who are we Lord to question Your existence or absence
with our limited knowledge and understanding?

Can an ant fathom the proceedings of a human being?
Or can it analyse the strategy of human thinking for it's extermination
No, it cannot and will not
And, so are we, in our finite mind and ability before Sovereign God
then why do we waste arguing about His goodness or justice in matters
we neither understand nor foresee with our human resources.

The source of evil is not the absence of a loving God
but the freedom He gave to the mankind in His love
Because He didn't want us to be His puppets
He gave us the freedom to choose good and evil
The pain, suffering and the evil on earth are nothing
but the results of our doing and our choice of the freedom given
Yes, it's easy to point upwards for all the mishaps we face on this earth
than to accept and acknowledge our part in the play that has turned tragic

So, let us take time to examine ourselves before judging the love of God
And see how we could repair the damage and represent His love and mercy
so that others would acknowledge the existence of a loving God
because we became His hands and feet to reveal His goodness to the world!
